Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

To create an account with JEAREY:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button.
  2. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a secure password.
  3. Click “Submit” to complete the registration process.

Once your account is created, you can manage your orders, save shipping addresses, and receive exclusive offers.

To update your shipping address:

  1. Log in to your JEAREY account.
  2. Navigate to the “Account Settings” or “Address Book” section.
  3. Select the address you wish to edit and make the necessary changes.
  4. Save the updated information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order to avoid delivery issues.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also log in to your JEAREY account and view your order history to access tracking information.

For your security, JEAREY does not store your full credit card information. We use secure payment processors to handle transactions, ensuring your financial details are protected.

Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and local tax regulations. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

JEAREY offers international shipping to select countries. To check if we ship to your location, enter your shipping address during checkout, and the system will inform you of available shipping options.

We strive to ship all items in a single package. However, if your order includes items from different warehouses or if some items are on backorder, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

At JEAREY, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that certain items, such as gift cards or final sale products, may not be eligible for return. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please email us at contact@jeareyoutdoors.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return authorization and the address to send your item back. Please use the provided return label (if applicable) and ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
